Lenses are very useful to us. They are used for many purposes as mentioned below:
1.They are used in optical instruments like telescope, microscope, camera, slide film projector, etc.
2.They are used in spectacles for the correction of defects of vision.
3.Our eye lens is also a Cove lens forms the image of an object on the retina.
4.A concave lens is used in the pooping hole of a door to see the person beyond the door.
